Terms of use El Macondo Cigars d.o.o.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter: Terms) govern the rights and obligations of users of the website www.elmacondocigars.com (hereinafter: Website) and the company El Macondo Cigars d.o.o., Zagreb (hereinafter: El Macondo), which provides information services about its product range, events and activities through this Website.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to each visit to and each use of the Website and to all information, content and/or services accessible through it (hereinafter: Information).
El Macondo reserves the right to change or amend the Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website with the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the changes are posted will be deemed to be your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend that you regularly review the content of the Terms.
In the event of a dispute, the law of the Republic of Croatia applies, and the competent courts in Zagreb are responsible for resolving disputes.

All contents published on the Website (texts, photos, logos, videos and other materials) are the property of El Macondo or its partners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Users are permitted to use the contents of the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

- reproduction, copying, distribution or publication of content without the written permission of El Macondo,
- using the content in a way that may cause harm to El Macondo or third parties,
- modification, deletion or concealment of trademarks and copyright notices.

El Macondo strives to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of all information on the Website, but does not guarantee its completeness, nor does it assume responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies or outdated information.

El Macondo Cigars d.o.o. is engaged in mobile retail of cigars and related products.
In accordance with the Act on Restriction of the Use of Tobacco and Related Products, the sale of tobacco products via the Internet is not permitted.
The El Maconda website does not serve as an online sales platform for tobacco products, but rather as an information platform and contact point for adult users interested in products and events related to cigar culture.
All inquiries and purchase agreements are made by direct contact with El Macondo representatives through available communication channels.
- Protection of minors and data accuracy
Use of the Website is only permitted to persons over the age of 18.
El Macondo implements measures to protect minors in accordance with applicable laws and reserves the right to refuse communication or service if it is determined that the user is not of legal age.
